Messina Madson has been literally a life saver for our family. We have a baby on the way and my fiance was facing 3 years TDC for a robbery charge. When she met us we were in a panick in the courtroom with a public defender. She didn’t even know us and calmed us down and gave us advice and her card. I decided to call her after court. As I sit here with December coming around again, I knew I had to take my time to write this review. I’m not from Dallas, I don’t know any attorneys in Dallas. I literally Googled and searched for help. Before calling JESSICA, I contacted two other attorneys. People kept telling me, “Get a male attorney,” so that stuck with me.
But the first two attorneys I spoke with were rushy, didn’t seem concerned, and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. They weren’t patient with me at all, and the things they said about my son “probably having to do time” terrified me.
Then I called Jessica… and that was the best phone call I made.
From the very first conversation, she listened. She was patient. She gave us hope when we didn’t have any left. She didn’t just talk the talk she truly walked the walk. I called her on a Friday, and by Monday morning she was already at the court. That same week, she visited my son and got straight to work.
I even flew in to meet her, and let me tell you what a beautiful soul. She explained everything to me in detail and looked me in my eyes and said, “I’m going to get your son out. I’m going to get this case dismissed.”
My son was facing a felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon… facing 5–10 years or even 5–20. First time ever being arrested, only 22 years old. I thought his life was OVER. I didn’t sleep, I didn’t eat I truly thought I was going to lose my son to the system.
But NOPE. JESSICA made it happen!!!
She took her time, challenged the State Attorney, challenged anyone she had to, and fought for my son like he was her own. When the State Attorney tried to offer him 5 years, Jessica said NO. She told them she had all the evidence and the case needed to be thrown out or we were taking it to court. And just like that, she saved my son from being thrown away over something he was innocent of.
My son sat in the county for almost 2 months, but my Christmas gift in 2024 was him walking out FREE two weeks before Christmas. He’s doing GREAT now!
So if you are going through something similar or anything criminal for that matter PLEASE contact her. Save your self the time. You will not regret it. Attorney Jessica is truly a blessing, a fighter, and someone who actually cares. I am forever thankful and grateful for her.

I had spoken to a few different firms prior to speaking with Miss Messina. I had even hired an attorney out of Dallas but never sat down with them face to face, only a phone interview with their paralegals. [Talk to an attorney.] Your words will be used against you. I’m sure we all heard those words before. I did research, and I found despite being a target of an illegitimate character, in a situation that is insane; I was in serious danger. I pounded the pavement, and shopped for attorneys. Unlike all the other attorneys I spoke with, Messina Madson started hitting the nail on head right away. To no wonder, she is very busy, but she wanted to get started right away. I absolutely enjoyed her working with her, and my well being is intact, because I choose her to represent me. In the end the whole situation was over, and dismissed.

I say Messina by first name because thats just how personable she is to me. Being involved in domestic violence case,where I was looking at 2 felonies,Messina read every text,video,and listen to my cries,when in fact I was the person being abused.
